Tonight, Health On Earth's Lorraine interviewed Dr. C�cile Aptel and Dr. Doris Schopper on the issue of sexual violence in armed conflict. Dr. C�cile Aptel, Senior Legal Policy Adviser at the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, discussed about the legal aspects and progress of the issue. While Dr. Doris Schopper, Director of the Centre for Education and Research in Humanitarian Action and member of the ICRC Assembly, elaborated on the prevalence and health consequences of victims.
